T-PIN Authentication Module Over IVR For Secured Customer Authentication

The C-Zentrix IVR can be integrated with third party authentication tool (CRM). As soon as the customer calls from registered number his phone number is passed in real time to the authentication server (over HTTP request). The authentication server authenticates and sends the response in real time back to C-Zentrix IVR with added details like which agent to connect or the skill required by the agent to answer to this particular customer, etc.
